Create Account

Aurest provides an intelligent system for managing business activities in the restaurant, café, food truck, and retail sectors. To use the system, you must create a user account (“Aurest Account”), and it is required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must also keep this information updated regularly.

Currently, Aurest services are available to users within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the Arab Republic of Egypt

Account Cancellation and Data Protection

Aurest has the right to terminate the account of any user who violates the terms or policies. We retain the information associated with that account for a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation date.

If the user decides to voluntarily cancel the account, all their data will be permanently deleted without retaining any copies.

Confidentiality and Access Protection

You are solely responsible for protecting your login information, and any access made using your account is assumed to be with your consent.

Account Closure by the User

You have the right to request the closure of your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. However, any outstanding payments or financial obligations will remain in effect.

Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

We may refuse to close the account in the following cases:

Outstanding amounts.
Pending transactions.
Ongoing legal actions or reviews.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy or efficiency of the services. This disclaimer does not apply in cases where the law prohibits the exclusion of liability, such as:

Death or injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or misuse.
